No! RV Trip Log is a web-based application that works in any modern web browser. You can access it from your phone, tablet, or computer without downloading anything. Just bookmark the site for easy access. We do have plans to build IOS and Android apps soon.

Yes! A free users can add 2 photos per entry and 300MB of overall storage. Pro allows for 10 images per entry and unlimited photo storage. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Each photo can be up to 10MB in size.

Absolutely! In your account settings, you can choose between miles and kilometers for distance tracking. Your preference will be applied throughout the application.
Yes, Pro users can invite up to 4 collaborators to add entries to your trip log. This is perfect for families traveling together. Generate an invitation code from your account settings and share it with your travel companions.
Individual entries, or trips with multiple entries can be shared via social media or by link.
Collaborators can add new entries to your trip log and edit entries they've created. They cannot edit or delete your entries, and they cannot manage other collaborators. You maintain full control over your account.
Yes! As the account owner, you can remove any collaborator at any time from your account settings. Their entries will remain in your trip log, but they will no longer be able to add new entries or edit existing ones.
Only you and any collaborators you've invited can see your trip log entries. Your data is completely private and is never shared with third parties or made public without your explicit permission.
Yes! You own your data. You can export all your entries and photos at any time. If you decide to close your account, you can request complete deletion of all your data from our servers.
