Unsubscribe link in every email, or adjust preferences in Settings.

✅Who Can Use RV Trip Log

We protect children under 13 (COPPA) and do not permit minors to use the Service. Parents/guardians can contact support@rv-log.com to request account deletion for a minor.

Important Pricing Notes

• ✓ Cancel monthly/annual subscriptions anytime (no penalty)

📸Your Photos & Trips

You Own Everything You Upload

Your photos, trip logs, and data are 100% yours. We never claim ownership or use them without your permission.

Private by Default

• All trips are private and only you can see them
• Only people you invite can see shared trips
• You decide if a trip is public (via shareable link)
• You can revoke sharing anytime

Don't Upload This

• ✗ Photos of private homes without permission
• ✗ Military bases or government facilities
• ✗ Photos on private property without permission
• ✗ Fake speed test results
• ✗ Other people's personal information

GPS & Location (NOT for Navigation)

Speed Tests (Snapshots, Not Guarantees)

• Speed test results are point-in-time measurements
• Speeds vary by time of day and network congestion
• Results do NOT predict future performance
• WiFi interference affects results

Third-Party Services

We use: Mapbox (maps), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (photos), Pelias (geocoding), Mailgun (email), Unami (analytics).

If any of these services have outages, parts of rv-log.com might not work. We're not responsible for their downtime.

Data Backups

We keep 30-day backups for disaster recovery. If you delete your account, it's deleted immediately but may exist in backups for 30 days. After that, it's gone permanently.

📋The Rules

✅ You CAN:

• Log your personal RV trips
• Share trips with friends and family
• Use speed tests to document internet speeds
• Export and delete all your data

❌ You CANNOT:

• Hack or attack the Service
• Scrape or steal user data
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Create multiple accounts to bypass rules
• Upload illegal or fraudulent content

If you break these rules, we can suspend or delete your account.

⚖️Legal Stuff

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.

What We're NOT Liable For

To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for:

• Indirect damages (lost profits, emotional distress)
• GPS inaccuracy or third-party service outages
• Your use of speed test results
• Your user-generated content
